- Hario V60 -
This has become an increasingly popular way to make a clear and delicious coffee. It is Co-Founder Henning's favourite brewing method. Simple - clean - repeatable. Henning has a pour over every morning before he starts his day. These days his toddler sized mini baristas love to help him brew a cup. The name V60 comes from the "V" shaped filter set at a 60 degree angle.
