I loved the first sip of the sample as much as I love the final product. Such complexity and mouthfeel. No wonder we had to have it. I recommend using this in a filter brewing method. V60 works really well - try it in an Aeropress as well! I have had customers using this coffee in a Moka pot and they loved it.

The Finca Oaxaqueño is owned by Mr. Jacobo Soto who in his youth traveled from his hometown of San Marcos to the village of Oaxaqueño, Cuilco. He decided to grow coffee in the area after verifying that the agricultural conditions were suitable for it. Year after year he has implemented actions to maintain and improve the quality and characteristics of your farm.
